I am aware I've not been on the forum a lot over the past week (mad busy!) but I just wanted to give those who are interested a quick update on the running (well SLOW jogging π).
I have now repeated Week 5 Runs 1 & 2 twice each and there's no sign of injury, so my next run (on Friday) I'm going for the Week5 Run 3 full 20 minutes that broke me last time. Knees, hips and spine all currently holding up well, so here goes!!! πββοΈπββοΈ

Thatβs such a great update! Really good luck with that twenty minute run. Itβs a milestone every time it come along. Weβre all there with you β€οΈ
Thank you all for the support π I managed NEARLY 20 minutes, interrupted by a two minute power walk in the middle when I got quite breathless and was having a bit of a cough (covid legacy π).
All in all it went OK though I think and I plan to rest 2/3 days then move on, or maybe repeat this run until I can manage it comfortably.
Onwards I go πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
