🏃♀️ My C25K App froze on me 3x and I didn’t realise until it was too late therefore when I was supposed to be walking I was still running , I then realised stoped and had to press play again .
🏃♀️ All that 👆 resulted in a longer run distance done longer time and longer pace .
🏃♀️ Once again I hate running in this humidity it hits me hard and I struggle and then I beat myself up for being slow when I forget as I’m going thru peri menopause this humidity it going to hit me 1000X harder .
I’ve NOT sneaked at week 5 I learned my lesson BUT all the way back I was filling myself with dread of what’s to come .
Why do we do it to ourselves??

You’re doing so well. You just need to head to catch up with your legs! The “peeking” is an interesting one. It’s great you know yourself so well. I always like to know what’s coming up so I can give myself options-so if I know I’ve got three lots of five minutes (for example-that’s not a real run on Couch to 5k) I’ll tell myself that I’ll be pleased if I can do the first two and the third one is a bonus. That helps me feel in control. We’re all different though!
Keep up the good work. Whatever it feels like in your head, your body is still making all those steps and it’s getting you closer to where you want to be every time you run
You are absolutely right and so spot on it . Exactly and im happy I’ve not quit the app and did my own thing I think i would be a lot more miserable had I not completed this app . I’m seeing this through right to the end

Ha ha good oh . Well I had my music on too so tomorrow when I attempt week 5 I won’t have music on and see how the app fairs as it’s the first time it’s happened to me and I run the same route for all of the c25k
