Done it!

Did the last run on Friday. Slowly, but at least I did it. Very pleased with myself. Going to try to do 3 x 30mins for the next few weeks, and then maybe gradually increase my last run of the week to a bit further than the 3.4K I was running this past week! Would be great to get to 5K eventually. And then, who knows, maybe even move over to Bridge to 10K! Now, how do I get that badge?

Congratulations! Such a great and life changing achievement, how are you going to celebrate? Great idea consolidating with your 3 x 30 minute runs each week, I did the same and found I just kept running a little bit longer on one of the runs until I finally got the 5k distance - another great goal to achieve. Good luck!
