W5 R3 still in shock. Had a bad first run at the beginning of this week. Kept telling myself there is no way I can do 8 mins. Then I did r2. Then dreaded 20 mins this morning. I thought I'll get to 10 maybe 15 mins. But did the whole 20. Roll on next week. Sooooo chuffed.

Great job, well done. Hold on to that feeling and remember from one who knows (I'm currently on W8R2) it's your mind not your body that says you can't do this, trust the programme and you will amaze yourself, I certainly have.
