This morning I did run 3 of week 9 and graduated! When I started I couldn’t run to the end of the road. I never thought I would be able to call myself a runner but according to MapMyRun I managed 5.04km in 33:50 mins avg pace 6:40 min/km. I’m not fast but it is improving and I will continue to build on this.only disappointing thing was having run 25 mins Laura disappeared and I when I looked at the app it saidI still had 15mins to do! Not to worry I wil keep doing this run for then to few weeks to build on what I have achieved to date. I’m so chuffed, good luck everyone.
One question, where do I go to on website to record graduation, been looking but can’t find a link

Congratulations on your graduation Rockingade ...I think most of us can relate to the ‘not being able to run to the end of the road’ feeling...but with hard work and perseverance look what we can achieve? C25k is amazing...I love how we surprise ourselves as every week passes...enjoy your graduation glow 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Congratulations, it's a lovely feeling that will have you smiling all day (and most of next week!) That pace is impressive too! A whole new world of running awaits
One thing I’d disagree with you is saying you’re not fast. I think your times are very impressive. I graduated 2 weeks ago and still not doing anything like your time. Anyway congratulations and happy new year.
Congratulations! 5k in 33:50 is anything but slow, it’s a very good time... you’ve been running a couple of months, speed will improve over time too. Celebrate well and enjoy consolidating on your achievement and your future running journey.
