I set myself a goal many years ago to be able run one mile on my 60th. birthday. Just over 7 weeks ago I set myself a goal to finish C25K. Today I did week 9 run 3 and finished thinking about a new conundrum. My 60th is 2 weeks away and now I don’t know if I should stick with the original plan and run one mile just for that day then celebrate πŸ₯‚πŸ₯‚or carry on with the 30mins. (Just over 3 miles). Maybe I will see how I feel on the day. To all you C25K runners out there you can do this. #keeponrunningπŸ™‚

Do what your body feels comfortable with. I started my couch to 5k during latter end of November 2019 and I have maintained 3 5k runs each week since. I feel that if I keep on top of my fitness regime that I worked so hard to get I will be inspired to try for the 10K at some point.

Have a great birthday!
