Another visit to the Physio today and progress is being made. Today, 3.5 weeks after my injury I have now been a week pain free and today I was given exercises to do using the gym equipment. This is progress as weights are now being used will see how I feel tomorrow after using the equipment today. Told by Physio he wants me in the gym twice a week now doing the set exercises he has given me along with the non weight exercises given previously. Hopefully now there is light at the end of the tunnel.

This is sounding positive and you are most certainly moving forward. Slow and steady, you'll get there:)
