Pap17 fighting the elements

Got out tonight felt good and out the blocks like a gazelle fighting wind, drizzle, the dark and wet footpaths trying to get a short fast 5k split mile times sounded good but improved time against previous efforts but only one PB a little disappointed but I know I shouldn’t be with the time achieved. Oh well always next time. I hope everyone is ok running well and getting out there. A short run for me less than 7 weeks to the BigHalf just keeping legs ticking over.

The weather really is crazy at the moment depending on where you live. Great you still got out and ran . Weather will hopefully be a lot better come your HM. 😊😊

Although last year it was under the threat of cancellation as a result of the Beast from the East arriving. Hoping it’s better this year.

In this weather it’s such an achievement to get out at all so be proud that you did

It’s been a few years wanted 50 donations before I was 50, 75 donations before I am 60 then contemplating 100 before I am 70. Not sure on that one 😂
