Missing my runs but hey something has to give being a keyworker but being able to work from home for 95% of the time my one and only out door exercise trip is shared with the old dogs having a 30 or so minute walk. Will manage one run sooner or later good luck to all those still running. Stay safe and healthy everyone. I am still here just not running at present.

If your dogs can't cope with a dog jog then I guess you will be restricted for runs ☹️

Try doing strength and flex work as this will help you when we all can have some normality back.

I will survive as the song says two of the dogs are 11,10 and the other is 15 at that time of life we are only still happy to have her healthy and happy. My running can wait. It’s only a week I have survived longer gaps between runs. It will get sorted in time.

Yes. My rota takes me in work on Tuesday. All very strange but we are well so far thank you 😊

That’s good I get to work from home until I require a site visit then have letters available to confirm my status but not sure as when it will be required
