You are absolutely ready for it if you have completed all the previous runs πŸ™‚Go smash it , then come back here and tell us all about it .

(But you may not be able to type whilst still smiling 😁)

Absolutely fantastic! It’s great when that confidence comes. All of a sudden you realise that you’re a real runner. You’re in such a good place to take on what I think is the best run of the whole programme. Just enjoy! β€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ

Week 5 run 3 is purely a psychological barrier, your body has NO idea about time, only your head does.

You cardio system knows that effort is being used and it must react to supply the demands of that effort.

Just take it slow and steady, let your mind wander and if you start getting niggles telling you that you're tired, you have to stop, etc, just keep telling yourself, "One more minute, one more minute"

You can do this, trust the program and believe in yourself.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone look forward to week 5 run 3. It’s really great to see you trusting the progress you’ve made - it’s a fantastic feeling after that run, best of luck for Sunday and further!!
