By the end of the first 5 mins I was fighting perspiration in my eye.
By the end of the second I had the sickly feeling again but it was warm this morning.
By the third I had recovered quicker and the final 5 mins felt more comfortable than the first 2 but I was once again battling perspiration in my eye by the end of the run. I was focussed so much on that I forgot to get too knackered 😁

Well done your at same point as me but better I couldn’t complete either of the 5mins the wk4 r1 on wk4 r2 I managed 1 of 5mins and 4 mins of other. The perspiration got to me too. I also went a shade of purple which didn’t think was possible 😂I’m hoping r3 I will be able to complete.
The beauty of the programme is it's not a competition so you can start again, then again and again. I take pressure off myself by setting absolutely zero targets for myself. I don't carry a mirror so no idea if I changed colour. Good luck it is warm today and I was out again and definitely not running quickly.
