Welcome and well done on getting started Kaytee2023 ! You haven't cheated at all though by running on a treadmill, and I say that as someone who's never run on one in her life.

As long as you followed the instructions correctly, it doesn't matter whether you ran outside or inside, on pavement or on a treadmill. It all counts! 👍

Its packed with helpful information to see you safely through the program.
Keep all your runs nice and slow, stay hydrated and do remember the after run stretches referred to in the guide.
