I have just completed run 1 week 1, so much harder than I thought it was going to be. So unfit
It must get easier
It really does! But as you're getting fitter and developing stamina, each week becomes more challenging. The beauty of this programme is that your body is ready for each new challenge but it sometimes takes a while for your mind to catch up! I didn't understand when people said that running is as much a mental challenge as a physical one but it's so true. Have faith in the C25K programme, it really does work and in a few short weeks, you'll be running for longer than you can imagine right now. It's amazing what our bodies can do when we give them the chance!

Welcome and great job. I still have nightmares about that first run, certainly the hardest thing I ever did. Don’t worry... that unfitness is going to go really quickly, you’ll be amazed.
