Pain Free

Hi I posted on here a while back to get some advice on painful achilles. I had a gait analysis done at a sports shop & they recommended the magnesium spray and a new pair of Brookes trainers. At the time I have just purchased a new pair of Asics trainers so reluctant to pay for another. I may consider the Brookes brand with my next purchase. With using magnesium treatment spray, stretching & a portable massage machine seem to have done the job. I've also started running on an incline on the treadmill and making sure I warm up before and stretch after. Here's hoping I'll get back on top form.

Hi Weelon I hope all that works for you. What does magnesium spray do/treat?

Hi I believe it treats on joints & muscles to help support recovery & relaxation. The brand I use is BetterYou Body spray Magnesium Oil in a 100ml bottle.
