Completed!

I will just repeat the last one to syke me up for 5 mins in wk4.....I am finding im ok in flat but put a slight gradient in and I struggle.

I jog at a slow pace so im not over doing it

Any tips would be great.

Well done .

And of course you can repeat the last run if you want but there really is no need !

If you successfully managed week 3 then you will be physically ready for week 4 , that's how the programme works !

But sometimes it's just the head that needs convincing 😁

Well done! I still look at slight inclines ahead and my heart drops, but honestly they do get easier in time. You are definitely ready for the next run, and repeating today's run (and not necessarily finding it easier) might not give you the confidence booster you hoped for. So just trust in the programme and go for W4. You got this!
