I did 25 mins.....25 mins!! I cant believe it. Slow and steady with snow on the hills and still some on the paths....freezing cold but beautiful at dusk.......i did it!
I really now believe i can complete this. Only nine more runs.....eeeek.

You're 80% there in terms of run time. The extra 3 minutes for week 7 is easily within your reach. I didn't really notice the difference between 25 and 30 mins, but what I did notice were the runs feeling more comfortable as each passed, with a few in between that made me wonder if I had progressed! I had. You just need to ensure you keep your motivation, don't overdo it, and before you know it, you'll be a graduate. Well done!
Aha you always were a runner, no-one told you. Can't wait to hear about the "big reveal" to your family...are you going to surprise them by appearing from behind a tree or is it going to be casual "just popping out for a run"?
Im not sure yet MickGJ. I didnt know whether to just suggest casually 'who wants to go for a run' or whether to just surprise them and explain what ive done.
Still got a few more runs he he yep runs to figure out my plan lol 😀
Oh well done you!! I did wk6r3 this morning and am so pleased with myself. Looked at Matt Cama and Niko niko running YouTubes and they have really helped with controlling my breathing and general stamina. Have really turned a corner and the fear is going. Ta ta gremlins!!
Well done Clair you are doing so brilliantly. Because of the surprise element you are missing out on family support so extra willpower must be needed! Kudos to you 😀
