I'm loving this...,, I can't wait till my next run......I live in the Yorkshire dales with hills everywhere which Im viewing as an advantage as every run out the village is uphill!!!

Uphill doesn't exist. It's just downhill in the other direction...

Oh dear, poor you, go slowly as steep hills can hurt your ankles. Hills are a pain but you will fet fit fast if you can live with them

Hills feel terrible. But they pay dividends when you run a flat course.

I did C25K in a very hilly place too, it certainly builds your muscles doesn't it? Good luck, and well done on the positive attitude!
