Week 3 run 1

Well I did it! I never thought I would be able to run 3 mins straight off! Today was the first time I have ever run that long. Tipping it with rain and the start of a cold I was like im going to do this and im going to get fit! Definitely helps going early morning. Dont like evening runs they make me ache more. Here's to run 2 of week 3. The encouragement on here is amazing. X

  • Well done, that's fantastic, i am going to attempt that run tomorrow, thanks for posting, i've been worried about doing it but knowing other people have felt like that too but have succeeded is good motivation. Keep running and posting.
