Well I did it! I never thought I would be able to run 3 mins straight off! Today was the first time I have ever run that long. Tipping it with rain and the start of a cold I was like im going to do this and im going to get fit! Definitely helps going early morning. Dont like evening runs they make me ache more. Here's to run 2 of week 3. The encouragement on here is amazing. X
