NHS C25K keeps freezing

Hi all - I’m having an issue with my NHS C25K app freezing. It doesn’t do it every time but the music fades when the talking should cut in, but no talking, then the program pauses. I’m using an iPhone SE on the latest IOS. I deleted the app and downloaded the newest version but now it is worse than ever. Very frustrating! Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Any idea what I can do to resolve please?? Thank you 🙏 😊

The app unfortunately has always been a bit flakey!I have had it lock up when I received a phone call.

Check your app permissios .

I use Android so can't speak for IOS However I notice there is an update on the Android Play store dated 4th May which is said to fix "Music ducking" Problems .

Might be worth a look on your download site ,

If not then all I can suggest is to report it to the developer on the download site .

Hi, had the same problem. Found if I had a txt or any signal it would pause it. The one I was using didn’t have music so had no idea till I guessed I had run way too long. I now download the podcasts and run them on another phone. Primary and phone runs sports tracker. Good luck.
