I have only just finished week 1 and am to start week 2. But I was just scrolling through the app and I see everybody talking about week 9 run 1, 2 or 3 and I don't have those on my app?? After week 8 run 3, it goes directly to RUN 5K and after that one TRAIN 10K. Do I have a wrong app? Am I missing something here? Where did my week 9 run off to?
Thanks, Evy

I see already... I have the C25K app from Zenlabs instead of the Couch to 5K from One You, which I think this forum is for. Unfortunately my phone is not compatible with the One You app π. So I guess I'll just continue with the app from Zenlabs instead. Am I still welcome on this forum then?
You are welcome on this forum BlackScorpion, the app that most people use on this forum is the HealthUnlocked NHS C25K app, your phone may be able to have that, if not do the course with the one you have.
Of course you are welcome. If you want to make a comparison between the two programmes there is a spreadsheet view of the NHS C25K linked to in the guide to the plan.
That plan does not require you to run 5k at any point, only to do 3 X 30 minute runs.
Definitely going to check out the plan and see what the differences are between the 2. I don't expect to reach 5K after running 30 minutes. I have run years ago and then my best was around 40 minutes for 5K. Knowing I am now a lot slower, I will just be happy to reach 30 minutes of running. Then a bunch of consolidation runs and then I might slowly build up the time to reach 5K.
Apparently I have a different app. I have one of Zenlabs, not One You. And apparently I can't download the one of One You, my phone is not compatible with the app. But I checked out the difference in trainings and it is ok. After my week 8, I just have to do 3 runs of 30 minutes, that's all π
