Did anyone have a problem downloading the app to their phone? My app store keeps saying my phone is not compatible yet my app store version is more recent than my sister's who had no trouble at all. Can anyone help?

My sister and my partner had no trouble downloading it but both of their play store versions are different from mine. All 3 of us have different versions, mine just happens to be the most recent. : (

I haven't used the app so can't advise on that. I downloaded the podcasts from the NHS Couch to 5k website (the ones with the lovely Laura and the cheesy music). That's an easy fix if you're not too bothered about whether you use the app or the podcasts. :)

That's the one I want (with Laura) so when my sister and I start this C25K we can keep in line with each other. I'll give it a go with the podcast malarky. Many thanks.

I downloaded the app but found it was useless. It would restart, pause, and even just stop halfway through playing which was really frustrating. I found the NHS podcast works much better.

I've not heard great things about the app. Try the podcast! Laura used to pipe up with helpful encouragement at exactly the moment I began to struggle (how did she know?!) and gives really helpful tips along the way which I still try to remind myself of when I'm running. Apparently the music is an acquired taste but it's set up at the right tempo for each interval and I quite enjoyed it. Plus, then you get to meet Julie! :)
