Started c25k on 30/3/20. I felt like no one as couch ey as me had ever got to the end of it. I did …….. eventually get there but today feel like full completion. At Frogmary Farm park run I did 5k in 29mins 48 sec (sub30). To anyone struggling it isnt easy but well worth it :-)

Many congratulations.

Any PB is something to be proud of.

Remember, to maximize your progress, 80%of your running is best done at an easy conversational pace.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Having found you on that parkrun's results, I can see why you chose your user name here. 🦆

Well done! I also see you recently did a very respectable time at one of the hardest in the country: Lanhydrock (near Bodmin).

Hey well done! You started C25K about the same time as me, and for ages I thought I'd never get under 30mins, and then I started Parkrun and my first run there I got under 30mins and was delighted, so I know that feeling!😀
