5k in under 30 mins.... Soooo pleased!

Just back from doing 6.24km in 37.28 and the first 5k of that done in 29.56 Yippeee. On Saturday I managed my first ever 10.25km in 1.07.07, can't quite believe the progress.... In such a short time... Going to try my first Parkrun in Newbury on Saturday. Have to post this, just to see it in writing, cos no one who knows me would believe me 3 months ago!
