Just done 5k in under 30 mins feeling proud.

Started c25k on 30/3/20. I felt like no one as couch ey as me had ever got to the end of it. I did …….. eventually get there but today feel like full completion. At Frogmary Farm park run I did 5k in 29mins 48 sec (sub30). To anyone struggling it isnt easy but well worth it
