First post graduation run today and using c25k plus podcast scraped home in just under 30 minutes.

My new toy arrived today a shiny new Garmin 35 a graduation present for myself.

Podcast really helped almost hypnotised by Laura 1234 1234 found myself saying this in post run dog walk cool down.

Chuffed to run my first EVER 5k I love this running game.
