Finally got to the 5k mark under 30 mins ....

Running in rain must suit me although my hair does not agree .... drowned rat 🐀 ha ha...

Certainly does.. ha ha gutted as was only at hairdressers yesterday so the lovely sleek do I had is now ruined ha ha I actually really did resemble red from fraggle rock today .. ( where my nickname came from )
