I ran a little 3km the other day. It felt easier than previous runs, even though it’s been a month since I last ran. I’m starting to feel a little less deathly. I think the iron pills must be working.
Today I visited Ironbridge with my niece. We walked down into the gorge from the top, then back up again. Up nearly killed me though, so I’m staying in the iron tablets for the foreseeable.

Nice that you’re back Baddie. Take it slow, there’s no hurry, and you’ll be trotting along happily again before long. Enjoy the lovely spring weather. ☀️
Ironbridge is nice! And so we’ll done for those 3km! I’m also on my Back-on-C25k journey, and although I used to run up to 10k, now every little km and quick 3k run is a huge success. My next target is to get back to 5kms regularly. And the journey there is half the fun! Hope your iron tablets do their magic! Let’s keep on keeping on!
Glad to see you are well enough for a run, Baddie. I'm just getting there myself, it feels so good even for just a little jogette! Hope the iron tablets do their stuff for you, 🤞take it easy though 🐌🏃♀️
