This morning I got up determined to do my last run, W9r3 Christmas got in the way so it’s over a week since I ran - but I did it with very little stress. Not the fastest but I’ll work on pace now. I’m so proud of myself for one minute to over 30. I’m quite happy. Now to keep runnning!!
Thanks all I frequently read the forum. How do I now get a graduation badge?

Congratulations! I am a week behind you and, since I downloaded Strava, have discovered I am pretty slow too, but am trying just to focus on getting to graduation. One foot in front of another, and repeat. That is my mantra. People like you who have gone before me do my spirits no end of good, thank you for posting!
Hey AnnaKarenina, I use Strava as well and I also now have a Fitbit which my husband bought me. I think I removed the warm up and warm down I would be faster no big deal, I’m not racing anyone!! However, like you I’ll work on time now I’ve graduated. Also, park run in the new year!! Keep running lady think of how far you have come 🎉🎉😀
You're right. Time, pace, distance matter nowhere near as much as keeping to the plan and doing our best, whatever that looks like each time we attempt a run. I am seeing this as a long game in which I am the only player!
Hi, and congratulations on graduation. I should have been graduating next Sunday but joining the park run has set me back and I need to rerun W9R1, then the next two. No doubt I will succeed, but it will be another year before I complete (well, delayed from 30Dec18 to the new year)
