Am getting through nice and slowly, Sue's not doing bad either, being in charge of the podcast and tells me when to run and when to walk..

knees are good, maybe I feel more positive regarding the news about osteoarthritis..or is it the glucosamine/chondroitin supplement starting to kick in? πŸ€”πŸ˜

Great news. Well done for keeping on and for going out slow and steady. That will stand you both in good stead for future runs. Enjoy the next ones.
