Well - i can officially run for 3 minutes... and I did it twice! I am very pleased with myself π.
7 sessions ago I struggled breathing after just 30 seconds - it's crazy how quickly your body adapts.
I ran to my gran's who always has her heating on... even in this glorious weather - it was like walking into a sauna!
I too was the 'in' shade of red during my visit - and I'm glad I checked the mirror before leaving because my waterproof mascara had turned me into a panda.
BUT I felt great!
Roll on Friday... if not before.

I remember feeling childishly proud of running 3 mins, Part of me knew it was silly but i couldn't help it, I walked around like I owned the world for the rest of the day.
I have to run 20 mins on Friday ( week 5) , it seems equally impossible as three did to you yesterday, but I hope to be smiling again this weekend!!
Well Done Bobbylou!!! You are smashing it.. I have wk 3 Run 1 tomorrow, it would of been today as well but twisted my knee yesterday after my dog decided to try and catch a duck mid flight whilst he was on the lead. Feeling ok today but felt it would be prudent just to rest it for that extra day.. proud of you run buddy!! ππ»ππ»ππ»
Thanks Jonno - take it easy on that knee.. slightest twinge tomorrow you best leave it another day! Today seemed to go really quickly - have fun tomorrow... we can do this! π
