Thank-you so much everyone who helped me! Mainly I understood that my knowledge and experience as a hiker was pretty useless π
I combined all your suggestions, and I feel fine after todayβs βrunβ
*Drank heaps of water and took some salts yesterday
*Got up earlier, 80mins before setting off 26C at 7.30am π©
*Ate some porridge with salts 80mins before set off
(I never eat at the bottom of a hill when hiking, so before, I havenβt eaten before running)
*Also drank 1.5L water, big mug of tea and a strong coffee before set off.
*Stopped attempting to move at a respectable pace haha
*Drank water on getting home again with a pinch of salts ( it was hot out there)
* Ate a few carbs and protein when I got home
* One or all of these things must have worked coz Iβm fine !!!!
