Starting to surprise myself, I am actually doing this and not feeling like Iβm going to die from exhaustion π itβs definitely getting easier and rather than looking for reasons not to do it Iβm starting to look forward to my next run...think I might be getting this running bug people talk of π yay! Go me! π

How are you doing ButtercupKid? I'm fine, yesterday I had some business to do at the bank, it took me just over 40 minutes to get there walking but on the way back I ran 3/2 minute runs, 3/90 second runs and 1/2 minute run getting back home in 30 minutes, those practice runs are preperation for rerunning C25K to celebrate my runiversary later this month, I hope you are keeping well. π

Good morning BCK, I am toying, thinking that I MIGHT try rerunning week 4 run 1 on Saturday morning on part of the Buttercup 5K trail, not sure, I'll see how I feel, part of that involves 2/5 minute runs
Last year from April until I graduated in June, when I was doing the course, week 4 was the most complex to remember as then I had not got the app with as I have now, I had to do it all from memory from my laptop just before I went on a run just using the timer on my old Smartphone which had only 2GB.
This year it has already been much easier for running occasionally runs 1, 2, and 3 as I have now got the app with the new Smartphone I bought last August which has 64GB, have a great day.
That's great to hear, I caught the running bug too - it's very addictive! Keep up the good work!
