Rather nervous about this one 20m seemed daunting ! Amazingly ok and a fantastic sense of achievement afterwards,so when you get to this point don't worry the plan does work! I'm finding taking the before and after stretch advice very important and had no issues so far sticking to it religiously

You deserve a fantastic sense of achievement Sidmouth203, a big congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Take your time with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out with going back to intervals
