Here is the post I have been wanting to write the most for a few weeks!! After worrying so much about this run I got ill and couldnt run for a week... then tried it last Sunday (still not feeling 100%) and got to 15 mins and had to stop! So gave myself another rest and had another go this morning and..... I DID IT!!!! After not completing a successful run for two weeks i actually did it! And the funny thing was I knew I was going to do it! I got to about 18 minutes and the thought of writing this got me through the last 2!! Thanks so much for all of the advice and support! πππ

Well done! It was less than a week ago when I did the same, it's a great feeling isn't it? But you CAN do this and you ARE a runner. Looking forward to seeing your graduation post on here in a few weeks!!
