Well done. You did the right thing. Speed and distance don’t matter in this programme, only time. You ran for minutes, job done. There will be plenty of time to work on speed after graduation if that’s what you want to do.
Well done, it really is a milestone run.
There is no need to push hard. Slow running builds stamina, which is the aim of C25k.

I too did it today, tho there was no chance of me thinking I could push myself at any point! What a great feeling tho eh? Bit surreal if I'm honest.

That's fantastic - well done! I've got that run tonight, so I'm spending the day thinking positive thoughts to psych myself up. Slow and steady is the way to go!
