Graduated!!!!

I have managed to do couch to 5k! I am utterly shocked! I really struggled on the first couple of weeks where I was using my inhaler a lot for my asthma, and today I did my last run no inhaler needed! I decided to continue to reach the 5k too and managed it in 33 minutes! I definitely feel the benefits of running, just want to give advice to people out there to keep going and you will get there! Now I can enjoy the Easter weekend 🐣

Congratulations. That’s a fantastic milestone both for the programme and to keep going for the distance too. Happy Easter.

Fantastic. Great to see others complete the programme and give some of us incentive to keep on going. Well done 🎉

I even re did week 5 due to knee injury I had a week off but persisted after resting up! Definitely achievable :)

Many congrats it’s amazing how we go from struggling in week 1, hopefully the running will help your health too.
