W9 R3 completed this morning, and extended to (my second) 5k - a little slower than my first, at 34:59. I’m still full of cold but managed to avoid a repeat of Wednesday’s visibility problems by wearing my contact lenses. No more steamed-up glasses = no more terror of falling in the lake in the dark!
And the weather, which is now absolutely vile, helpfully held off from becoming vile until I finished.
