Really pleased to say that I managed the elusive 5k on my W9R3 run ! 5k in 39 mins, including 4k in the 30 min run.
It's taken me 10 weeks to do the program, and I really want to thank all you runners out there who's posts really helped me to realise that when I felt I was struggling I was not alone and was actually still making progress !!
On now to consolidate and work up to 5k of continuous running. Park Run here I come!
Cheers, Dave

Brilliant! Well done! Congratulations! Enjoy your time on the podium! 🎓🥇🍾🥂🎉🎉🎉 And all the very best for your onward running journey. 🏃🏃🏃
I graduated 26/5/18 and am yet to complete a Parkrun. So many pulls on Saturday mornings and time in general. Now getting ready for a first USA trip, but so hope to squeeze a Parkrun in before we go and before my running takes a rest while I'm away.
Congratulations. I'm on w9 run 2 and managing 30 mins but not 5k. Now aiming to up my speed and then hopefully park run in couple of weeks. Keep on running as the song says. Well done.
