Congratulations Flossy55 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, well done, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ
I completed the 3 days in 3 days and had to stop myself starting week 6 today. However I do walk 5 miles a day as a standard norm.
I hope you're taking the rest days between each run. π€¨
Ermmm up to week 5 yes and have taken today as a rest day.
[EDIT I misread the original] Good! You don't want to get injured.
You need the "off" days after an "on" day for the body to repair the microscopic damage that running causes, and build back better.

Good sign! I am at a similar stage. I am also just starting to get some pleasure from the running, and relaxing into it a bit. This may be because it is starting to feel achievable!!
