New to C25k planning my first run today haven't run for a couple of years so thought this would be a good place to start again!

Congratulations on starting C25K, just take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, keep to the program, no running on consecutive days good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

The mantra...mostly from me, ( I am famous for it ) .. is slow and steady..it works...Take each run as it comes and believe you are ready for each and every one.

Do keep posting your runs too, there is so much support here and encouragement... and mostly.. enjoy!

Definitely no better place to start than here.

Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres it really helps.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊
