First run of the year and last in York as heading home today. Decided to run into the city and back, ( to Hewarth). Got to the city walls and decided to go up and continue around as far as I could.... Beautiful views from the walls, narrow cobbled streets and medieval buildings. No people encountered, down and round the Minster and back home. A cool 9', so much better than the 14' of a couple of days ago. I don't know how to do the collage of photos sadly.

What a brilliant Venue for running, looks like you had York all to yourself 👍🌟

It did feel like the best time to be there.

Not been there for a few years now, but great views. If you’ve an iPad or iPhone pic collage is good. I am useless when it comes to computers and things and I’ve used this one.

That's a great start to the year!

I was in York last October and had a nice easy run along the river bank to the Knavesmire (race course) for ParkRun.
