This is the third time I'm telling myself I'm doing this! Keep getting 1 or 2 weeks in then bang it all stops. Had about enough of excuses getting in the way, my wife and kids are supportive, I work from home and my employers tell me to take the time for mental health and exercise so I know its me that prioritises the problems and makes the excuses.. well no bloody more I can make the time for me so from tomorrow i'm back at C25K 🏃‍♂️

One run at a time. The programme has so much to offer beyond physical fitness and you will be so chuffed with yourself when you graduate and take your new skill forward.
