I'm back again

It's been a while, I've always been lurking in the shadows even while not being able to run BUT I'm back and start from the beginning again.

It's been a long, boring (and depressing) time since I completed C25K the first time and tomorrow I should complete W1 AGAIN! I did think about jumping straight in to W3 but I don't want to push myself too hard, the 2 runs of W1 so far have been slow and steady, my breathing is ok and I'm able to finish off with the last run being 50% faster than the other 7 but I'm not pushing myself too hard, honest!

The main benefit I have this time round is my Garmin which I bought myself for completing C25K last time.

I'll try to post regularly depending where I am at the time, I'm in Zurich and Dublin next week so quite possible I'll be completing at least one run in once of those cities.

Brilliant that you’re back. You know you can do this - and running in different cities sounds exciting! Third times a charm!

Welcome back

I really believe that posting here has kept me running. At least you know that you can do this and what you should expect

I think you should run in both cities!

I didn’t know you on here your first time around LeeU - I was still on my couch then! But I recently did C25K and so consider you a running mate. Welcome back. Zurich and Dublin are splendid running venues. Welcome back. Let us all know how you go - cheering you on for lovely runs

Okay... I missed this.... Yes I am still here.. still banging on about slow and steady!!

I am an Admin now..( hard to believe eh) . and I have run a Half Marathon... see what happens when you are away! :)

Repeating the runs is great... many of us do..( me included) , whether all, or some.. after a lay off or after injury...it is good, because there is no pressure and you know what is coming! And that you can do it!

It is lovely to have you back with us... post when you can.. with pikkies of your locations maybe:) I love the posts from other places:)

On you go.... and well done!
