So this morning I completed W9R3. 30 mins took me to 4.3k so I carried on to complete a full 5k in 35 mins. I cannot tell you how chuffed I am. When I started week 1, I struggled to run for 1 minute and now I can run 5k!!!. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. I did buy some good trainers at week 4 and also spotify has really helped. Other than that I think the mindset is the main challenge. First 10 minutes is always the hardest. Let's hope I can keep it up through the winter. Keep going everyone. It is such a good feeling at the end
