I was thrilled this morning to finish C25K. There really were times I thought I may not be able to do this. In week 4 I had to repeat a run but honestly I trusted the programme. This little community which I’ve watched and read from the sidelines has been so incredibly helpful.

I can’t manage 5K in 30 mins but I did carry on to see how long it would take me and it’s 32.5 mins so I’ll keep trying. I am now looking at three weeks of consolidation runs repeating week 9 with a different coach before moving on to the podcasts.

I don’t think I want to run a longer distance I’m quite happy with 3 x 5K runs a week, I’d like to get that under 30 mins but I’m really happy with my progress so far.

Advice - trust the programme and keep checking back in to this community, just reading the posts has given me enough motivation to get up and run on the days when I could quite easily have skipped a run 🏃🏽‍♀️

Congratulations. I also completed it this morning . Nowhere near as fast as you - I’m only covering about 3.5 k in the time but I am amazed. Nine weeks ago I found the 60 seconds completely debilitating.

I can’t praise this enough.

Like you, I would encourage everyone to trust it. You will be convinced that the next run or the next week will be beyond you but you WILL be able to do it. If an overweight, lazy woman in her late fifties can do it - you can too!

Congratulations to you again.

Well done 🎉

I graduated today too 😊 Never thought I would get there!

I’m only doing 4K in 30 mins ... but going to stick at that until it becomes a bit easier before I stretch to 5K. Actually looking forward to consolidation runs ... never thought I’d say that 😊
