Time to get my mojo back ey

Hey, I've been struggling to get back into running since going back to work in April.

I've done the odd mile run but not at all consistent or even pushing myself to go out.

Tomorrow is a new day and a new week and I'm hoping to get back out for a 'proper run'.

I'm wondering whether to restart the programme again or just go as far as I can and see how I get on...

Watch this space.

My mental health has declined recently and I know getting out into fresh air will do me the world of good.

Have a fresh start and rerun the whole program beginning with run 1 of week 1, good luck.

Good to see you getting back on it. A lot depends on how often you’ve been hitting up those mile runs really. It may be beneath your current level to start at week 1 again… but it will do no harm. Also, having a couple or a few easy weeks wouldn’t be bad at all for confidence and mental health.

It’s your call really, if you know what you are capable of, drop in to the plan there, if not (or if you choose) then start at the beginning again and enjoy the journey.

You got this, you know you got this, have fun!
