I started the c25k as training in the run up to a 100k cycle challenge for charity (I completed that last Sunday of May , so just over a week ago now ) and I was beginning to bloody love the c25k but the cycle training took over. My question to everyone is how would you get your ass back into gear and also not actually been jogging for 3 weeks now where do I start again..? Back into the 28 mins or would you go back a couple of weeks..?? Sorry for waffling !!!!!

You could just go out and run and see how it goes. Don't do more than 28 minutes, but don't feel disappointed if it's less than this. Give yourself permission to stop if you need to, and then you'll know where to start from. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how long you can keep going for, but it's not going to set you back that far in the whole scheme of things if you go back a week (or more).
My partner completely lost it. He got to about week 7 then left it for weeks and has now gone back to week one ( which I think is silly) So my advice would be get back on it as soon as. Sounds like your pretty fit any way if your able to cycle 100k! I can't even visualise 100k. That's crazy. Well done. You could go back a couple of weeks to ease into it but I would say maybe try week 8 again and do all three before moving on. If you find it a bit to hard go back to seven.
Thanks everyone for your replies.. I think I will redo the week 8 again and see how I go tonight !!
Hi. I missed 4 weeks after doing run 1 of week 7. I had a bad ankle then I was away with work and then I had a cold that wouldn't go. Forum advice was start where you left off so I did & it was fine! Go for it! Best wishes!
