My question is where should I go back to? Should I repeat week six or go back to week 5? Determined to get through this any advice would be very welcome thank you 😊

Assuming you are fit again I would carry on from where you left off . You will not have lost much fitness in 2 weeks .
Just take it slow
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress. As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.
