Next week I am moving from running on the treadmill to back outdoors (the cold weather and asthma/chest infection put paid to it back in Feb)
Just wondering where I should start on the plan? I got as far as week 8 before the Easter holidays, but don’t feel I should go flat out and start there after three weeks off. Equally though I feel I’m too far into the plan to start back at week one.
Hope that makes sense! Any advice?

maybe aim for a 20 minutes run and see how you go? If it's ok go for a 25 minutes next so then you are already at week 7. If that's ok then go back to 3 x 28' runs. You are nearly there!
As CouchPotato says just have a run, and don’t put any pressure on it... no expectations. Then I’d probably do a treadmill run and mix the two for a few runs as you get used to being back outdoors.
Well, you’ll work out that you’re awesome at some point! Then the battle is more about restraint. Just go and love that run for whatever it is... love being out there as spring is still springing... it’s truly beautiful out there at this time of year.
It is lovely at the moment (until the rain hits later anyway!) I’m lucky that I live near Hamsterley Forest so can just park up and run along the roads and trails. Fab early in the morning when there’s no-one else around 🙂
