Hi, Iām after some advice. The last time I ran was 2 weeks ago and that was week 8 and run 1. To be fare that run was not brilliant, but I found the reason why was because I have had shingles and a cold since then. So I obviously havenāt run for 2 weeks and I just wondered if anybodyās as any advice of which week to go back too and when to start again. I am starting to feel better, but still quite achy. Thanks š

My advice would be to not run until you are better, shingles is very debilitating and can take a while to go, I had it and it is nasty
You could go for a walk every day though
When you are better maybe drop back a couple of weeks and take it slow, listen o how you feel and donāt push yourself to start with
That all sounds a bit negative but look after yourself

So sorry to hear that, shingles is really horrible. Take it easy and maybe start with a walk. When you're ready go for a gentle trot round without any tech and just see how you feel.

Shame you've been so unwell. Give yourself the time you need to feel fully fit. Then go out and try a slow , no pressure gentle jog to see what you can manage. Then take it from there. Good luck and get well soon š
